why are dreadlocked people like Rasta or any other dreadlocked people shun away from todays society? | |
I know because I used to have my hair full of dreadlocks and was viewed as some type of animal and not a human being. It was really hard to get a job anywhare and talk to people :(. By the way my dreadlock were kept as hygenic as anyone's hair,so I didn't smell or anything.
God Bless.

1Because people are very ignorant, if it was left up to Society, everyone would look exactly the same, Society is afraid of things that they dont know about, instead of them reading a book or asking about something its easier for them to shut it out completely. And then, check this out: They put EVERYONE that is different into one box and automatically assume that they are all the same as far everything negative they heard about that particular groups. Society is afraid of everything new, and quite frankly as a Jamaican speaking for Rastas that I know, it's ok that Society don't accept us because we are not here to be like Society, we are stronger than society and smarter than them too, because we see thing in a whole new light and only ONE can judge me and its NOT man/woman. So my friend, don't let society lead you astray cause at the end of the day you only have to deal with yourself,
